UK man sentenced to 5 years in jail for biting off a guest’s finger at best friend’s wedding

A UK man, Daniel Peasnell, received a five-year prison sentence for biting off a guest's fingertip at his friend's wedding. The 33-year-old, who had been drinking heavily, attacked Stephen Dixon when he intervened to restrain him. The judge condemned Peasnell's actions as 'behaving like a wild animal,' using his teeth as a weapon. Dixon's finger required partial amputation.
