'Can't go anywhere': Man last seen with Sudiksha Konanki seeks passport to return home amid investigation

Joshua Riibe, a Minnesota college student, is stranded in the Dominican Republic after University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki went missing on March 6. Riibe, left without his passport, awaits the issuance of a new one to return home. Authorities believe Konanki drowned, with Riibe detailing their last moments.
